☆ I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason at any time before the process has begun☆ If you are to cancel the commission and back out any time after the sketch phase, we will discuss and figure out exactly how much the piece at the time would be worth and I will send back a portion of the money accordingly☆ After I am given details on what exactly I'm working on, I will send a sketch for confirmation. Once the sketch is sent, send the money and I will finish your commission in 1-3 weeks at max (depending on my schedule I work quickly and will typically finish within a few days) If I for any reason think it will take more than this amount of time, I will make sure to stay in touch and communicate what's going on. If you are uncomfortable sending the full payment at once, you may send half after the sketch and then the rest after I send you a heavily watermarked/low quality version. Once full payment is recived, I will send the finished drawing.☆At any time during the process you are free to ask me to send over WIP updates, you may not however harass me and pressure me about when I will finish. I typically try my best to stay in contact and keep communication about how the piece is going and any minor adjustments you may request.☆ With customs specifically, I will send various options during different stages of the art (typically rough concept/sketching and then again for color pallettes) for you to approve or disapprove. There is a limit to this however and if I feel you are abusing it to receive more art from me (ie asking me to reconcept completly different ideas numerous times) without paying extra i will either cancel the commision OR upcharge you.☆ Once the piece is created, you entirely own it and are free to use it personally however you see fit. HOWEVER, you may not claim it as your own, nor erase the signature I add to it. It is preferred you also link one of my accounts the first time you display the piece anywhere.☆ After commissioning me please be aware that I will most likely advertise the piece as an example of my art. I will never claim the character or design as my own, but unless specifically discussed, I will use it on my portfolio AND/OR commission website. If you want the art to remain private please state so.
